You agree not to engage in any form of market manipulation, including but not limited to: coordinating trading activities with other users, artificially inflating or deflating stock prices, spreading false information to influence market behavior, participating in "pump and dump" schemes, or any other activities designed to create artificial market movements. Any attempts to organize or participate in coordinated trading groups or engage in activities that could manipulate market prices or trading volumes are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your account.
You acknowledge and agree that you will not participate in or promote any form of crowd trading, including organizing trading groups, coordinating trade timing with others, or attempting to influence other users' trading decisions. Each user must make independent trading decisions based on their own analysis and risk assessment. The platform strictly prohibits the formation of trading pools, collective trading arrangements, or any coordinated trading activities that could impact market integrity.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the TradingWorker platform. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
When you register for an account on the TradingWorker platform, you must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the TradingWorker platform at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason.

Currently, there is no monthly subscription fee to use the TradingWorker platform, but in future, we might ask a nominal monthly subscription fee to use the TradingWorker platform. The fee is subject to change at any time.
We offer a Trial of 10 days where we don't charge you anything, and after Trial period, we do not offer any refund.
You agree to indemnify and hold TradingWorker and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or in connection with your use of the platform.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the India.
